Pregnancy can be a time of great strength for some women, yet a time of fragility and discomfort for others. Additionally, recovery in the period following birth differs vastly, with some ‘bouncing back’ quickly, but many others less so and, for some women, feeling like they have never recovered.

Knowing what exercises are good for you and not good for you can be confusing and far too many of us women suffer from pain and complications primarily due to a lack of knowledge on how to look after ourselves and what exercises are appropriate for us at specific times. In that regard, fear not, as we are on a mission to fix this!

At Studio PP, we love to help mums ensure a healthy pregnancy and successful recovery following birth. We educate and empower you to have complete confidence in your exercise regime, keeping you strong and minimising injury and pain.

Our classes will help you strengthen your whole body, specifically focusing on your deep core muscles (including your pelvic floor). You can start at any point during pregnancy (even weeks away from birth) or 6 weeks plus after birth (even years post birth).

Our Mums n Bubs classes are also a great way to meet other mums, get out of the house to do something nice and for you and a great way for your baby to interact with other babies.
