Spring into Action Challenge

Our 2016 Spring in Action Challenge has kicked off this week. This year’s challenge includes 28 days of UNLIMITED reformer Pilates, boxing, barre, PP method, sculpt, yoga AND spin classes at Studio PP. Challengers also receive a meal plan and home exercise and stretch programs to support their progress.

The challenge offers the added benefit of group training. Sweating with your mates is like cheap therapy! Fitness makes you live longer, makes you mentally and physically stronger and makes you a happier and healthier human being. Spending time with friends and family is not only fun, it is proven to improve brain health and overall wellness. So connect the dots people – group fitness is not only social, it is incredibly good for you! It is wonderful because it puts you in a supportive and nurturing environment with friends, family and the opportunity to meet new people, and the group energy can make up for the any motivation you may lack yourself.
