Stretch and Restore

Breathe away your worries, tension, aches and pains with this low impact class combining the stretch and restorative benefits of yoga. The class will include dynamic stretching asanas (yoga poses) designed to increase flexibilty, circulation, balance and range of motion, gentle restorative postures using props to support the body, encourage relaxation, relieve tension and target the connective tissues and other techniques such as trigger point exercises, breath awareness and mindfulness.
