Reformer Pilates

Our PP reformer classes are renowned. Modern, technical, tailored resistance workouts on the allegro 2 reformer beds with a maximum of 6 persons per class.  Our classes focus on fluid movements increasing strength and flexibility whilst also improving alignment, balance and full body toning.

Align

Align is Studio PP’s signature reformer class. It builds your Pilates foundations and is both a great introduction for new clients and a refinement and technique driven class for those with a regular practice. The class aims to strengthen and lengthen your entire body head to toe, focusing on breath, control, flexibility, fluid movements and of course alignment!

 

With a maximum of 6 clients, you are guaranteed individualized attention from your instructor. Ideal for every age and body type (including those with injuries). Additional mat Pilates, mobility and alignment work offered compared to Dynamic and Open classes.

 

*We recommend a minimum of 5 Align based classes before taking a Dynamic or Open class.

Open

Open is a perfect mix of our Align and Dynamic classes. You get the best of both worlds with a combination of strength and mobility. The aim is to strengthen and lengthen your entire body head to toe, with a fluid class focusing on breath, control, technique and dynamic Pilates movements. An intermediate class designed for clients who have a working knowledge of the Pilates fundamentals and who want to continue improving their practice and technique, as well as continuing to be challenged.

 

With a maximum of 6 clients, you are guaranteed individualized attention from your instructor. Ideal for every age and body type (including those with injuries). Additional mat Pilates, mobility and trigger pointing work offered compared to Dynamic classes.

 

*We recommend a minimum of 5 Align based classes before taking an Open class.

Dynamic

Dynamic is a slightly faster paced, more athletic Pilates class. Full body workout consists of a continuous flow of Reformer Pilates exercises including creative use of resistance props (i.e. toning balls, Pilates box and jump boards). Challenging and technique driven for those with a regular practice. The class aims to strengthen and lengthen your entire body head to toe, focusing on breath, control, fluidity, and more dynamic and global strength and Pilates movements.

 

With a maximum of 6 clients, you are guaranteed individualized attention from your instructor. Ideal for healthy clients with little to no injuries. Less mobility and alignment work offered than in Align and Open classes.
