PP HIIT (formally known as Method) is a high-intensity interval training circuit, designed to improve your overall body conditioning. We combine cardio drills with functional bodyweight exercises, core stability, and the creative use of equipment such as TRX, swiss balls, bikes and med balls.


With no two classes the same you can expect something different at each class and be challenged on new levels. This class is suitable for all fitness levels but expect with the help of the instructor to be individually challenged and pushed.
