Fight your way to fitness. Boxing is one of the best forms of exercise. It increases cardiovascular fitness, full body conditioning and tone. Boxing Fit is a group training class, expect a combination of technique, pad work, core and cardio. No previous experience required.


Bring a partner for fun, all equipment provided except inners or wraps (available to purchase at the studio).
