Steph Prem
Founder & Director of Studio PP & The PP Training Method

Former winter Olympian Steph Prem is one of Australia’s leading experts and advocates for women’s health and fitness.

In an era where #fitspo reins, Steph is a refreshing, genuine and educated voice. A five-time Australian Champion, Steph was the only female to represent Australia in Snowboardcross at the 2010 Winter Olympic Games.

Following the games, Steph suffered a horrific career-ending back accident that took her away from professional sports and jumped wholeheartedly into an enduring health and wellness journey.

Steph spent 15 years of her life as a professional athlete and has trained and worked alongside some of Australia’s industry leaders. As a former dancer and professional athlete Steph is obsessed with movement and its ability to heal. Steph is formally trained in dance, clinical Pilates, personal training, spin, barre and is passionate about sports performance, prehab/rehab and mindful, effective exercise prescription.

Her educated, inspiring and encouraging approach to movement and positive mindset coaching has had an enormous and transformative impact on her clients over the past 10 years. Steph lives and breathes health, wellness and an active lifestyle and is an embodiment of everything PP.

Hayley_Uberti
Hayley Uberti
Yoga Instructor

.

Hayley started her yoga journey six years ago when her dance career came to a halt from injury.

She already had an interest in how the body moved, correct alignment and positioning influenced by a decade of dance training and teaching, however found that yoga not only benefited her physical body but also greatly supported her journey mentally and emotionally.

This curiousty lead her to complete her Teaching Training certificate in India where she was privileged to learn from an extremely knowledgeable Indian yoga master who inspired her to teach others.

Since then she opened her own bespoke yoga studio in Bath UK where she was living for 3 years and taught a variety of workshops, events, corporate sessions and regular classes to all ages and levels.

Hayley is thrilled to be working at Studio PP as she is extremely passionate about introducing yoga and stretching techniques to compliment those training in high intensity classes or sports. She has found these techniques can support wellbeing, decrease emotional/physical stress, increase body and breath awareness, speed up injury recovery time and prevent injury.
