Hayley_Uberti-250x250
Hayley Uberti
Senior Yoga Instructor / Corporate Yoga / 1:1 Yoga

.

Hayley started her yoga journey six years ago when her dance career came to a halt from injury.

She already had an interest in how the body moved, correct alignment and positioning influenced by a decade of dance training and teaching, however found that yoga not only benefited her physical body but also greatly supported her journey mentally and emotionally.

This curiousty lead her to complete her Teaching Training certificate in India where she was privileged to learn from an extremely knowledgeable Indian yoga master who inspired her to teach others.

Since then she opened her own bespoke yoga studio in Bath UK where she was living for 3 years and taught a variety of workshops, events, corporate sessions and regular classes to all ages and levels.

Hayley is thrilled to be working at Studio PP as she is extremely passionate about introducing yoga and stretching techniques to compliment those training in high intensity classes or sports. She has found these techniques can support wellbeing, decrease emotional/physical stress, increase body and breath awareness, speed up injury recovery time and prevent injury.

Lou West
Yoga Instructor / Corporate Yoga / 1:1 Yoga

Lou began a regular yoga practice in 2008 when she was living in Hong Kong participating in a university exchange program. Over the past decade she has developed a committed and sincere personal practice and has studied with many international yoga luminaries such as Ana Forrest, Donna Farhi, Sharron Gannon and David Life. An extended trip to India in 2014 confirmed her feeling of wanting to share her love of yoga with others and begin the lifelong process of learning to ‘teach yoga’.  She completed the 200-hour Power Living teacher-training program in Melbourne in 2015 and went on to graduate as a full Level 1 teacher from the Australian Yoga Academy in Prahran, one of the foremost yoga schools in Australia, the following year.
