WINTER WELLNESS SIX-WEEK WORKSHOP SERIES

Coming into winter and end of financial year is the perfect time to restore balance and clarity through a yoga practice. Join PP’s lead yoga instructor Kimberley Barletta for a 6 Week Winter Yoga Workshop providing you with the ability to dive deeper into self-enquiry, increase energy and reduce stress and anxiety.

Each week will focus on a 75min yin yoga sequence exploring specific organs and meridian channels of the body with mindful movement and therapeutic essential oils by Maison Saine.

 

 

FOAM ROLLER WORKSHOP

Tuesday 7th AUGUST, 7.30pm-8.45pm

 

Anyone who has participated in a class at Studio PP knows that our love for the foam roller runs deep. Truth is, the roam roller has transitioned it’s way from professional sports into everyday practice and is beneficial for all fitness levels and body types.

 Lead by Studio PP Founder Steph Prem and in-house practitioners Nicole of High Line Active Physiotherapy and Michelle of Integrated Podiatry Clinic, you will be guided through a series of exercises from head to toe.
